We want you to be fully satisfied with your Aelfric Eden purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery to return or exchange items that are in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the original packaging is included for a successful processing of your request.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact to meet our quality control standards.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location nearest to you.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
